Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags must still be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on slippers that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. - Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging along with the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate you want an exchange in your email.
- Specify the new size or style you’d like (subject to availability).
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may be subject to currency exchange rates.
