We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve you better:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
2. Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below:
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been worn or removed from original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer care at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Item name and size
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you want a refund or exchange (specify new size/style if exchanging)
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send return authorization within 2 business days
- Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with receipt/confirmation

Refund Process
- Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
- International refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may be subject to currency exchange rates
Exchange Process
- Follow same process as returns, specifying desired size/style in your email
- We’ll ship new item once we receive returned product
- Price differences will be adjusted (you pay if more expensive, we refund if less)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Slippers that have been worn
- Slippers removed from original packaging
